| We are looking for individuals to help the Professional Development team develop and deliver on its social media strategy and needs to support its mentorship program, training offerings, and other events. |

| As a social media content creator, you will help create content for PMINJ’s various social media platforms that inform audiences with the goal of maximizing engagement with the Professional Development team’s various offerings. The content that you produce will be visual and, depending on your skills, may include video and graphics. You will work in coordination and under the guidelines of the Marketing team and will either post directly to PMINJ’s social media platforms or provide the artifacts for someone else to post. |

| Minimum skills: • Familiarity with the use of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram • Create posts consisting of text and simple graphics • Ability to leverage the use of social media @ and # tags Preferred skills: • Familiarity with advanced features of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram • Creative skills to develop more complex social media posts • Strategize on how to use social media platforms to increase engagement • Knowledge to track and analyze social media metrics |
