for this role: |
· Strengthen customer services skills · Develop an understanding of a large non-profit association services · Network and build relationships with members and chapter leadership · Earn PDUs |
· Review member service inbox for new inquires daily during assigned rotation weeks · Route member inquires to appropriate teams if needed · Respond to member inquiries within 2 days · Collaborate with speaker to finalize presentation · Forward member suggestions and concerns to Director and VP Membership for further disposition · Maintain FAQs document · Estimated time commitment is an average of 1-5 hours per month dependent on volume of inquiries |

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to working as a team, responsive to members need, and good organizational skills to manage according to deadlines. | |
