| • Mentor a team of students by sharing insights and encouraging problem-solving • Foster creativity and guide the team through brainstorming, planning, and solution-building • Teach teamwork, project management, and Instant Challenge practice • Act as the Challenge expert, ensuring solutions follow DI rules and guidelines • Prevent interference, ensuring ideas come from the team • Ensure safety, teach safe tool use, and uphold positive conflict-resolution practices • Manage logistics such as meeting space, team calendar, agendas, and celebrations | |
| • Strong communication and mentoring ability • Creativity and enthusiasm for working with youth • Organizational and facilitation skills • Ability to encourage independence while guiding a group • Commitment to safety and creating a positive team environment | |
