| The Operations PM supports day-to-day chapter operations, governance activities, and coordination across teams. This role will attend Board meetings and calls and will support Chapter Operations & Finance with all 5 phases of project and program management. |

•Work directly with PMINJ Leadership and Board members •Network and build relationships with a diverse community •Gain experience in PMI governed event creation, coordination and delivery •Gain experience in planning for 501(C)6 non- profit organizations •Develop and refine leadership skills and nonprofit governance experience •Earn PDUs |
| •Assist with Board agendas and data collection •Engage in creation, tracking and management of Core Services Catalog data tasks •Help maintain tools, calendars, and shared resources •Collaborate with other teams to improve efficiency and member experience |

| •High creativity •Familiarity with Excel, Smartsheet and analytics tools •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to write succinctly and accurately •Presentation skills •Planning and project delivery experience •Scheduling experience |
