| Would you like to enrich the experience of every PMINJ volunteer? In order to ensure the volunteers are having a positive experience and able to progress in their assignments, we need to set up a structure whereby volunteers are guided to success, and both giving and getting feedback. Some volunteers like to aspire to Chapter leadership, while others would like to just do the same thing repetitively while knowing they are supporting the Chapter and their profession. We want to be able to retain volunteers and be sure they are fulfilled by volunteering. |

| Working with the Vice Chair of Membership and other volunteers in the Volunteer team, you will design a process by which we onboard, promote, and manage volunteers in the Chapter. You will need to implement this among all the Board members. You will work with the Survey team to develop metrics we can track to measure success. |
