If you are a person who enjoys a challenge and being part of a team that produces engaging events, then the Audio-Visual (AV) team wants YOU! We are in need of volunteers who enjoy working with technology tools to deliver professional productions. Whether an event is virtual, in-person, or hybrid. “The show must go on!!” | |
for this role: |
• Network and build relationships with members, volunteers and chapter leadership • Expand your knowledge and skills with AV equipment • Build experience in delivering live productions • Earn PDUs • Attend the exclusive Annual Volunteer Recognition celebration |
• Set up and break down the required AV equipment before and after an event • Operate AV software and equipment • In person required for onsite event • Estimated time commitment: o Monthly Program: 4-10 hours per month, 9 months per year o Seminar/Symposium: 10 hours per event o Hybrid events will require additional time |

Excellent verbal skills, ability to work with a team, troubleshoot issues, ability to work under pressure, and good organizational skills, and manage according to deadlines. Must have a working knowledge of AV software and equipment. | |
