The mission of the Career Networking LCI is to teach and facilitate Networking among PMINJ members to support their personal and professional growth, engage career coaches and experts to provide guidance in navigating the job-search process, and promote exposure to career and business opportunities. We are seeking a new team member(s) to coordinate this program for the chapter. |

for this role: |
Build relationships with professional career coaches, job search trainers and other Networking experts. Stay up-to-date on job search techniques, best practices, industry trends, etc. Interact with other chapter members in career transition. Utilize and enhance your virtual facilitation skills. Earn volunteer PDUs. |
Research potential speakers on LinkedIn, job search networking boards, social media sites, etc. Introduce PMINJ Career Networking LCI to potential speakers and invite them to present to the group. Maintain monthly calendar and work with the Webmaster to create the email communication to promote the webinar. Facilitate the monthly webinar which is held in the evening from 7:000-8:00 p.m. |

Ability to research potential speakers on LinkedIn, job search networking board, etc. Excellent time management, organization skills. Good written communication skills. Familiarity with job search process. |
