Volunteer Title:     Business Analyst – Website Development
VP Organization:     Infrastructure
 
Summary:   The Business Analyst for Website Development
will partner with PMINJ leadership and the
development team to shape the requirements
and features of our new website. This role
ensures that the site reflects the needs of
members, provides a seamless user experience,
and supports the chapter’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:   Elicit, analyze, and document website
requirements from PMINJ stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear
specifications and user stories for the
development team. Support testing and
validation to ensure website features meet
member and organizational needs. Contribute
to user experience improvements and
recommend enhancements to functionality.
Provide ongoing feedback to ensure alignment
with PMINJ’s strategic objectives.
Desired Skills:   Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business
Analyst. Proven experience supporting digital
transformation initiatives, preferably involving
websites or digital platforms. Strong
requirements gathering, process mapping, and
documentation skills. Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum or iterative development
methodologies. Excellent communication and
stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of
user experience principles and content
management systems (CMS) a plus.
