As the Functional TL you will: • Gain experience in leadership, project management, and facilitation • Build strong, rewarding relationships with PM’s running your sub-teams/events and Chapter leadership • Play an important role in the Chapter’s Outreach activities • Maintain awareness of Community, Corporate, University Education, and Special Interest Outreach activities. • Maintain awareness of appropriate PMINJ Board of Directors information |
| Coordinate the Functional Team activities for: • Making a meaningful impact on children’s lives through your Destination Imagination and Future Cities teams • Assisting two LCI teams by mentoring their team leaders and providing support • Maintaining a regular contact with the Chapter’s Toastmasters group to provide status and relay needs to Outreach leaders • Attending monthly Outreach Team Leads meeting (conference call, 30 min., 4th Thursday of the month, 8PM • Managing Functional Team meetings, calendars, agendas, UNSDG tracking, and sub-team recognitions, as needed | |
